Heute haben die Klassen 1a und 1b gemeinsam die Lauterbacher Stadtkirche besucht. Claudia Regel, die Kantorin der evangelischen Kirchengemeinde hat den Kindern erklärt, wie die Orgel funktioniert und was die mit Luft zu tun hat.

Luft und Musik: Das haben wir euch ja schon einmal erklärt :-)

Wenn Luft in Schwingung gerät, dann erzeugt sie Geräusche und wenn die Luft ganz gleichmäßig schwingt, dann entstehen richtige Töne.

In einer Orgel kann die Luft in den Orgelpfeifen schwingen. Je länger eine Pfeife ist, umso tiefer ist der Ton, weil die Luft da auch ganz lange schwingen kann. 

Je kleiner und kürzer eine Pfeife, umso höher ist der Ton.

As soon as air starts swinging, it can produce sounds and as soon as air starts swinging in order, it produces music :-)

When you think of the organ, you have to know, that the air is swinging inside the pipes. The longer the pipe is, the deeper the sound you can hear. The shorter or smaller the pipe, the higher is the sound.
