Wir sind mit der Pappe vor unserem Körper über den roten Platz gerannt und haben gemerkt, dass die Pappe uns abgebremst hat. Wenn man ohne Pappe rennt, dann ist man schneller. Wenn man breit ist kann die Luft nicht so gut um uns herum. Wenn man schmal und windschnittig ist, kann die Luft besser an uns vorbei.

We have been running with big sheets of paper and we have realized that the paper slows us down. Running without paper we are much faster. This easy experiment shows, that air surface if you run with the paper and more power to slow you down.

 

Flugzeuge, Autos, Raketen und Rennwagen die sind alle vorne spitz im Vergleich zum LKW. Denn der LKW ist vorne viereckig und deswegen auch langsamer. Der LKW hat vorne aber auch einen schweren Motor, weil der LKW ein Kraftfahrzeug ist.

Die anderen Fahrzeuge sind vorne spitz, so kann die Luft abgeleitet werden und sie sind schneller.

 Airplanes, cars, rockets and speed cars are formed like a corn at the front. They are more spiry then for example a truck.

Because of this form, air can pass better and so airplanes, cars, rockets or speedcars can be faster then a truck.

Wir haben versucht, ob man mit Pappe schneller fliegt oder ohne Pappe.

Ergebnis: Ohne Pappe war man schneller unten.  Das Kind mit Pappe fällt langsamer, weil die Luft die Pappe länger oben hält. Sie drückt von unten dagegen.

We have tried to jump with a big sheet of paper and without and see the difference.

Jumping with the paper makes you jump more slow then without. It is the air, that keeps you longer up. And it is again the bigger surface that air can attack.
